BarbaBatch can batch convert tracks from audio cd's. It can for instance in one pass create mp3 mp4 and qdesign snippets of every track, from second number 10 through second 30, with a nice fadein and fadeout.

BarbaBatch 4 uses the Quicktime API to access the CD's.
